This is one of Bill's favorite!
Mixture 1
3 x 7 ounce Hershey Bars (any flavor or brand)
3 x 6 ounce chocolate chips
1 pound chopped walnuts
13 ounce marshmallow cream
Mixture 2
4 1/2 cup sugar
13 ounce can carnation milk
1 pound butter
Break Hershey Bars into small pieces & combine with nuts, chips and marshmallow cream in a very large bowl. Combine mixture 2 in sauce pan. Bring slowly to a rolling boil and boil for 4 full minutes. Pour mixture 2 over mixture 1 and blend until mixed well. Pour into two greased 10 x 15 inch jelly roll pans. Cool and chill before cutting into pieces
Makes approximately 8 pounds. Keeps well in refrigerator.
(note - the 4 minutes boil is exact! do not go over or under, it will affect the ending texture of the fudge)
